Q. What level of fire rating are your boards?
A. With more emphasis arising on the Fire Rating of noticeboards we have developed the following easy to understand guide:

Q. What is your lead time?
A. We hold a massive stock of standard size products. Stock items will be despatched in 2/3 days. If for some reason the standard item is not in stock then the lead time is 7-10 days. For all bespoke orders please allow 14 days.
Q. What are your wood frame noticeboards made from?
A. The Light Oak and Mahogany are stained Obeche Hardwood from sustained forests. The Beech is solid beech. They all have a lacquered protective finish.
Q. Are you able to put a required fabric on to a noticeboard?
A. Yes. If you can let us know the type and supplier of the required fabric then we can quote you for that bespoke product.
Q. What carrier do you use for your deliveries?
A. We use a combination of our own transport and a National Carrier. If it is sent by Carrier then we use the next day guaranteed service which can be tracked on our website.
Q. Are there any carriage charges?
A. No, all our prices are shown including carriage.
Q. Are there any discounts available?
A. Yes, either for Bulk orders over £1,000 or for Trade customers. Please contact the sales department for further information and quote.
Q. How do I become a Trade customer?
A. Please register for a Trade account here. The first order on an account is done by pro-forma invoice after acceptance of your trade references.
