The order will be delivered to your specified address. Deliveries are only made between Monday and Friday. Deliveries are not made on public holidays or at weekends.
Unless specifically requested or agreed, our delivery is typically to ground floor entrance areas. In the event that premium services are required e.g. delivery to point of use in multi-storey buildings, these are by quotation and arranged in conjunction with your sales representative. These arrangements may also apply to some bespoke products which may be very heavy or bulky thus requiring special delivery arrangements.
Included delivery only applies to England, Scotland (excluding Highlands and Islands) & Wales Mainland.

The delivery dates are approximate unless agreed in writing.
If there is a specific delivery date required please make sure to state it on the order. Adboards will do everything reasonably possible to achieve an agreed delivery date.
Adboards manufactures the majority if their product ranges on site and holds large stocks of finished product. Stock products will be despatched in 2/3 days any orders which require manufacture will be despatched between 7-10 days.
Please note that Adboards uses a combination of our own transport and national carriers. We pack all our products to a high standard to protect the product in transit.
Where access is denied without prior knowledge and the item required to be re-delivered, Adboards reserves the right to charge for any extra carriage charges involved.
The customer is required to check the consignment for any damages or missing items whilst in transit.
If the customer is unsure to the condition of the product received then we request the delivery is signed for as damaged with the carrier representative.
The national carriers and Adboards do not accept packages to be signed for as \'unchecked\'.
All damage must be reported as soon as possible (within 24 hours) for collection and / or replacements to be authorised.
Any standard products ordered in error will incur a handling charge of 15% against the invoice value plus all carriage charges both ways. The handling charge is to cover re-packaging, labour and processing time involved.
If our delivery service provider is unable to obtain a signature for delivery at the specified address, the goods will be returned to the depot and held there overnight. Our delivery service provider will leave a card to advise you that they have attempted delivery. They will attempt delivery again on the next working day. If delivery is not possible, the goods will be returned to the depot and stored. If you have not arranged for collection or re-delivery within 7 days, the goods will be returned to Adboards Ltd. You will need to contact Adboards to arrange re-delivery. Adboards Ltd reserves the right to charge an additional standard delivery fee in this instance.
The Catalogue and Website
At the time of printing the Catalogue and posting the website all descriptions, illustrations and prices contained in the catalogue or otherwise communicated to the Customer are intended merely to present a general idea of the product.
Although every effort will be made to effect prompt delivery, the Company cannot be held responsible for loss or damage due to delay in delivery, accidents, fire or strikes, or any other cause beyond its control.
Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE to one mainland UK address.

Cancellation or part cancellation of an order can only be accepted after prior negotiation and agreement to terms which will indemnify against any expense incurred by the Company.
